Deodorant - Island Lime Scent

Our new Deodorants are a Vegan Formula that is free of Aluminum, Baking Soda, Phthalates and Parabens.
 
Island Lime Scent:
 
Top Notes of Green Geranium and Lime, blended with notes of Lavender, Rose and Jasmine, all finished off with light base notes of Amber, Oakmoss and Musk.
 
Main Ingredients:
 
Magnesium Hydroxide is a safe alternative to Aluminum and Baking Soda. Its main purpose in a natural deodorant is to counteract any odor-causing bacteria on the surface of the skin without impacting the dermis – the layer of skin where sweat glands, pores and hair follicles are contained.
 
Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides are an excellent emollient and skin-replenishing ingredient that is derived from coconut oil and glycerin.
 
Cetyl Alcohol helps to protect the skin from allergens, bacteria and moisture loss and improves the texture of products. Despite “Alcohol” being in the name this is not a liquid, drying alcohol but a fatty alcohol that is great for the skin.
 
Illipe Butter, Shea Butter and Coconut Oil all add to the moisturizing and protection ability of this recipe all while softening and nourishing the skin. Shea Butter and Coconut Oil have antibacterial properties.
 
Arrowroot Powder assumes the role of a “wetness absorber” that has both antiseptic as well as anti-inflammatory qualities and also adds a slight antiperspirant component. Great for people with sensitive skin!
 
Bentonite Clay is a natural detoxifying agent and has very strong moisture absorbing properties. It also adds a nice slip to the deodorant that aids in the application.
 
***Note - Please be aware that switching to these natural type deodorants may require a bit of a detox period while your armpits rid themselves of the built-up Aluminum typically found in your mass produced, commercial grade deodorants.***
 
Directions: 
 
Apply 2-3 swipes under arms. We know it smells good but do not over apply as transferring to clothing could occur. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
