All appointments require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in being required to give a 50% deposit (non-refundable) for the price of the booking of your next appointment.

If booking color or extension services, please send either an email transfer to connect@cravestudio or give the salon a call with your credit card information for processing. If you don’t, you will receive a call from the salon within 24 hours to confirm your appointment and gather the deposit or the appointment will be cancelled.

Consultation – If you are a new client or booking any service other then a retouch service with your regular stylist, please consider booking a consultation 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to discuss your new look, what’s required to achieve it (services, time, cost) and what maintenance is required at home. Failure to book a consultation could result in rescheduling your appointment or delaying your new look until your following appointment. We recommend bringing photos and inspirational materials to the consultation.

2 week shaping - This option is for existing clients who pre-book on a bi-weekly basis. Your first haircut with us should always be booked as a cut and style or a wash, cut and style.

Bridal updo - All bridal updo’s include a free complimentary consultation trial run and must be booked 1-4 weeks before the wedding date. At the trial run you will pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to save your date. The 50% deposit is only on the cost of the bridal updo and not the entire wedding party if applicable. Please contact us for more information on our wedding options as we offer on location services at an addition fee. We also have great contacts for your esthetic, make-up and photography needs. As well we now request all brides allow us at least one well done photo of the hair by any photographer they may have on site for our social media (example: a headshot of each hairstyle from the back or a group photo from the back, etc.)

Custom colors - All those color dreams of yours brought life, that are beyond your standard foil or solid color choice. Weather it’s balayage, ombré, or fashion colors, this is what dreams are made of. Please pre-book a consultation at least 48 hours in advance before you book your custom colour to ensure proper time is available and colors are in stock.

Extensions - The service pricing varies greatly as it’s dependent on material needed and time required. Please pre-book a consultation a minimum of a week in advance as extensions are ordered on a custom basis due to color matching requirements.

Return and Warranty Policy

Any product or equipment purchases have a 14 day return policy for a full refund with items being in original condition, packaging and quantities.
