Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing Crave Studio. We aim to provide you with exceptional service and personalized care. Please review our booking policies below:


Cancellation and Rescheduling:
All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. For failure to provide adequate notice or no-show will result in a mandatory 50% deposit (non-refundable) for your next appointment. Deposits accepted by E-Transfer at connect@cravestudio.ca. If you book without one when required, you will be notified that your appointment is canceled.


Consultation:
New clients and those booking services other than a retouch with their regular stylist are encouraged to book a consultation at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to discuss your desired look, required services, estimated time, costs, and at-home maintenance. We recommend bringing photos for inspiration.


2 Week Shaping:
Reserved for existing clients who book bi-weekly appointments. Your initial haircut with us should be scheduled as a cut and style or a wash, cut and style.


Bridal Up-do:
All bridal up-dos include a complimentary trial consultation and must be booked 1-4 weeks before the wedding date. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the bridal up-do is required after the trial to secure your wedding day appointment. Contact us for information on our on-location services and additional fees. We request a high-quality photograph of your finished hairstyle for our social media either by us or your photographer.


Custom Colors:
Explore your color dreams with us, whether it’s balayage, ombré, or fashion colors. Please schedule a consultation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability of time and stock.


Extensions:
Pricing for extension services varies based on material and time required. Please schedule a consultation at least one week in advance to accommodate custom orders and color matching.


Return and Warranty Policy:
- Products and equipment can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, provided they are in original condition, packaging, and quantities.
- Not satisfied with a product? Contact us directly, and we'll assist you.
- All equipment includes a 1-year warranty with original packaging. Contact us for specific details as manufacturers may have varying policies.​​​​​
